Hip hip hooray! We met in person for the final meeting of our 20-21 year. Member Pat L. generously offered to host at her home. Members enjoyed chatting, looking at Show 'N Tell and checking out the charts and accessories brought for opportunity.
- President Joan shared some national and regional updates with members. Check the latest EGA Newsletter for five new lightning rounds available. Joan also shared changes to National's By-Laws for review, discussion and approval. All changes were approved by members and Joan will send our Chapter's proxy to National.
- It is membership renewal time and new name and address lists and new cards were distributed. We have two new members which were introduced and welcomed. So glad to get new members in our guild.
- Christmas in July - We have 14 stitchers signed up for the all day event in July. There will be three teacher's and three different Christmas related mini projects. Members pack their lunch and enjoy the day together. The date will be July 10th or July 17th. Joan is checking the church for availability.
- Summer Stitching - Members are encouraged to stitch the Strawberry from the Beelieve Pattern from Heart's Ease Examplar Workes. Download pattern here. It is a free pattern. Our September meeting will be assembling the strawberry. Members who have other strawberries stitched as encouraged to bring them to the September meeting.
