December 2022 Meeting

President Joan T. started the meeting with a welcome to all.   This was our Annual Holiday Meeting and the cookies and goodies brought to share were not a disappointment.   Too many good things and far too many calories!

Joan THANKED all who assisted with setting up the holiday tree at the Woodstown Library.

Everyone who participated in the year-long Jeannette Douglas Monthly flowers project was reminded to log their completed monthly work and to bring their finished pieces to the January Meeting.

Joan handed out the fabric and floss that members had ordered for the 2023 year-long project, "Rhodes Rage".    Each month we will be learning a different type of Rhodes stitch.   Stitchers were given the assignment to prepare their 'ground' fabric for the January meeting.  Caryl C. will teach January stitch.

In addition to the cookies and such we all played the game L-R-C (Left/Right/Center).   We divided into two groups and had two games going on.   Members each brought skeins of floss that was used into of poker chips!   Lots off giggles and fun was had.
